Executive Functioning Coaching
In-person or remote coaching that helps students work on skill-building to improve not only their academic performance, but their ability to manage their lives. While this service can be particularly necessary for students with diagnosed learning differences, this can also help any student who is struggling to balance their workload. The skills targeted in this work are planning, time management, organization, prioritization, self-monitoring, and self-awareness. Homework help can and does occur in this type of work, but the focus is always on overall skill-building rather than subject specific tutoring.

Private Tutoring & Test Prep
I offer subject specific and test prep tutoring, with a specialization in working with students with learning differences. I tutor math and essay writing most often, but can tutor most subjects. I am experienced helping students with the new digital SAT as well as the ISEE. I work with students on the college admissions process, including and especially college essay writing. With elementary -school students, I can coach literacy and math fluency.
